Course Synopsis
|
This course is designed to equip the students with the knowledge to improve their understanding of educational management and leadership. It allows students to consider issues related to the policy context of education and gives the chance to contribute towards improvement of educational system and institutions, and to reflect on the quality of learning and teaching.

After completing this course, students will be able to:
- Improve their understanding of leadership practices in national and international social, cultural, political and policy contexts
- Strengthen knowledge of leadership and change management
- Have deeper critical understanding of the organisation and its environment
