Course Synopsis

This course is designed for undergraduate students who will explore basic concepts about immunology starting from innate to adaptive immune system and their components like cells and organs of immune system and the procedure to analyze them in healthy and diseased living organisms.This course will enable the students to get sufficient knowledge about the subject to carry out research in the related fields.

Understanding from Basics of immune system to the complete mechanism of antigen antibody mechanism in living system
- 1. To provide a greater understanding of the role of the immune system in preventing human disease and to focus on how deficiencies in immunity can result in disease susceptibility.
- 2. To improve the learning of the students on the mechanisms involved in immune system development and responsiveness.
- 3. To train students in the major scientific techniques that are used for the immunological analysis in the healthcare sector.
